DAGS RETURN POLICY

We spent countless hours obsessing over every feature on our bag. You deserve the best, and we’re going to give that to you. 

If you’re not happy with your bag for any reason, you can return it within 90 days. If there’s a structural issue, we’ll send a new bag out to you.

Are you unsatisfied or have you changed your mind? We’ll refund the price you paid for the bag. Waste isn’t our jam, so all returned bags will be washed, repaired, and given a 2nd life through our discounted “2nd Life Shop” (coming soon) or donated to a community assistance program.
